Shake Shack, a fine-casual restaurant from New York City, began in 2001 as a hot dog cart for USHG's Madison Square Park restoration project. The hot dog cart, decorated with "I ♥ TAXI" artwork, was so popular that fans would line up in the park every summer. In 2004, what started as a "Shake Shack” sign in Madison Square Park became a beloved brand in the world.
